Getting Here to our Surfers Paradise apartments

Surfside Buslines provide daily scheduled services between major Gold Coast suburbs and Surfers Paradise for nominal fares. Private bus companies operate from the Surfers Paradise Transit Centre, located in Beach Road. These companies provide charter and scheduled services within the Gold Coast and from major Australian Capital cities:

Daily Queensland Rail train services operate between Brisbane Airport (domestic and international terminals) Brisbane city, and the Gold Coast with bus connections to Surfers Paradise.

Regent Taxis operates between Surfers Paradise and all the main areas on the Coast and Brisbane.

Limousines are a novel and cost-effective method of travel.  Contact us for more details.

Driving to Surfers Paradise is easy as the M1 Pacific Motorway provides easy north and south access and from Sydney you take the M1 Pacific Motorway north which automatically connects you with the Gold Coast highway at Tugun on the Gold Coast about half a km from the airport. This highway is a direct route to Surfers Paradise.

If you travelling from the north of the Gold Coast, at Brisbane you take the M1 Pacific Motorway and head south and exit at the Smith Street Exit which is exit number 66. From here follow the signs to the Gold Coast highway and on to Surfers Paradise. For maps and guides visit www.whereis.com.au

Car parking in the Resorts

All of our holiday apartments in Surfers Paradise have allocated free secure onsite car parking, which is available only to guests and residents within the resort.

How to check into the private apartments

We will meet you at the Chevron Renaissance Resort to give you your keys, as you are not able to collect keys from reception for any private apartment in the resort. This will need to be arranged prior to arrival either by calling our office on 0755257700 or via email. We will need to know if you are flying in, what time your flight lands and how you are getting to the resort. We need to know this because some transfer coaches may take over an hour to get you to the resort because of the stops they may need to make at other resorts to drop off other guests. A cab or limousine may take just 30 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport. Credit card details will be needed at checkin as security. The day you arrive the number to contact is 0424188740.

What time is Checkin and checkout?

Checkins begins at 10.30am and close at 6pm. Our Arrivals telephone number is 0424 188 740. Standard check in time is 2pm however we will check you in earlier if the room is ready. We can supply room keys from 10.30am however if the apartment is not ready so as not to keep you waiting till 2pm. We do endeavour to have all apartments ready by 2pm. Arrivals to the resort after 6pm will need to be pre arranged by calling 07 55257700. A late checkin fee will apply as someone will need to interrupt their evening to go back late to the resort.

Important note about Room Keys

Please leave the 2 sets of room keys we supply you with inside the apartment, locking them inside. Please do not leave keys at reception. Keys not left inside the apartment after departure will automatically warrant loss of keys.

Baby Hire Equipment

We can provide you with a porta cot for a low fee; you will need to however bring linen for porta cots.

All of their baby equipment for hire is purchased brand new, carefully cleaned & safety checked to ensure it is in the best possible condition for your use.

Extra Beds

When booking at Chevron Renaissance private holiday apartments with Gold Coast Holiday Services Pty Ltd, we can provide rollaway beds for most rooms with linen. The rollaway bed is hireable at a low cost.

Room Service

Apartments are self-contained so you have all the necessary equipment for a self-catered holiday. We do however provide a mid stay room service that includes a linen change for guest staying 8 nights or more. If you require a room service more frequently we are able to provide this service which will incur extra charges to your booking.


Facilities in our holiday apartments

Gold Coast Holiday Services Pty Ltd apartments are self contained accommodation and have well equipped kitchens with quality fittings and appliances including microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, insinkerators all to help you provide and prepare meals.

Bathrooms are fitted with frameless glass shower screens and all apartments have bathtubs in the second bathroom in the Chevron Renaissance. The apartments in Circle on Cavill all have spa baths in the ensuite.

All holiday apartments offer their own laundry with washing machines, dryer and ironing facilities. All apartments have balconies with outdoor furniture.

Errands and Groceries

There is a supermarket at the Chevron Renaissance along with a bakery and cafes and restaurants.  However if you have errands to run or you would prefer someone to organise your groceries before you get here, phone Tanja on 040484143 from My Time Is Yours. Tanja provides an errand service and can assist you with concierge services by looking after pesky tasks such as grocery shopping or standing in line at the post office.
